Betting Is Entertainment That Costs Money

Football betting should be a way to add interest to a game, not a way to make money. No line, system or run of wins guarantees the next result, and over time the sportsbook’s margin works against the bettor. Spend only what you could happily spend on a night out, and treat anything you win as a bonus, not an income.

Age and Where Rexbet Stands

You must be 19 or older, or 18 or older in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Rexbet is an offshore operator and is not regulated by a Canadian province, so provincial player protections and complaint routes do not apply in the same way. That makes your own limits more important.

Set Limits Before You Bet

• Choose a deposit limit for the week or month and keep to it.
• Decide a stake per game before kickoff, including for live bets.
• Set a time limit, and take breaks during long game days.
• Never bet money needed for rent, bills, food or debt payments.
• Do not bet when you are tired, upset or have been drinking.

Warning Signs

• Betting more than you planned, or for longer than you planned.
• Chasing losses by raising stakes after a bad result.
• Borrowing money, or hiding betting from family and friends.
• Feeling anxious or irritable when you are not betting.
• Betting becoming the main way you follow the sport.

If two or more of those sound familiar, take a break and talk to someone. Stepping back is a normal response, not a failure.

Canadian Support

These services are independent of this site and of Rexbet:

• ConnexOntario offers free information and referral for gambling, mental health and addiction.
• GameSense provides tools and information on playing with limits.
• Responsible Gambling Council is a Canadian non-profit that publishes research and self-assessment resources.
• Gamblers Anonymous runs peer support meetings.

Availability and the people they serve differ by province, so use each site to find the right contact for where you live. If you are in immediate distress, call or text 9-8-8, Canada’s suicide crisis helpline.

Using the Tools at Rexbet

Sportsbooks usually offer deposit limits, session reminders and account closure options in the account settings. Rexbet shows what is available to you, and this guide cannot confirm the details, so check there. Account problems should go to Rexbet’s own support team. The contact page on this site is for corrections and questions about the guides.
